Summer 2011 Real Estate in the Mount Washington Valley
Well it's a lovely spring day in North Conway today and I have hope for a great summer. Real Estate seems to be coming back a little despite being so sluggish over the past couple years. Especially my favorite area, Downtown North Conway. Several homes have sold here in the past couple months for at or above market value and I think that is a great sign. There are still a lot of great values and price reductions in other areas of the valley from Hales Location to Attitash and Cranmore Condos. All of those areas also gearing up for Summer 2011. Golfing at Hales, Outdoor fun at Attitash, and Cranmore is finally opening again this summer with all sorts of great activities in their NEW Summer Adventure Park. Looks like it will be a great time for the family. The new owners are putting in lots of upgrades so this is a great time to buy something close while the market is still low.
